Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Miss Lami.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Be in the same condition as received.
Not show signs of additional wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
Include any original tags where applicable.

Return Postage

A return handling and shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from eligible refunds. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

Please note that flaws, marks, signs of wear, missing buttons, or other imperfections that were clearly shown in the photographs and/or described in the product listing will not be considered faults.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
